Out of the Dark
12-Week 1:1 Coaching
Twelve weeks to stop drifting, get your body and your head back, and take an honest look at your drinking, with a coach who’s been in the same hole.
Everyone starts with a free call, so we can both see if I’m the right person to help.
The problem
The Problem
You’re not lazy. You’re not weak. You’re stuck.
Maybe it’s the drinking. Maybe it’s the weight. Maybe it’s a fog you can’t shake, where everything feels flat and you can’t remember the last time you felt like yourself. Usually it’s all three, feeding each other.
You’ve tried to fix it alone. It hasn’t worked. That isn’t a character flaw. Most people were never taught how to do this, and they don’t have anyone in their corner who gets it.
That’s the part I can help with.

Results
What You Walk Away With
By the end of 12 weeks, the goal is that you:
- Know what’s been keeping you stuck, and have a plan for it
- Have a movement habit you actually stick to
- Have a clear, honest relationship with alcohol, whether that means cutting back or quitting
- Feel more like yourself in your body and your head
- Have daily habits that keep you out of the dark when things get hard
- Know how to keep going after our 12 weeks end
Results depend on the work you put in. I don’t promise outcomes. I promise to show up and hold you to it.
FAQ
Program FAQ
Do I need to be a runner?
No. I wasn’t. We start wherever you are. For some people that’s a walk around the block.
Do I have to quit drinking?
No one’s forcing anything. We’ll look at it honestly, and you decide what you want. Some people cut back. Some quit completely. If you’re physically dependent on alcohol, talk to a doctor before cutting back or stopping, because withdrawal can be dangerous.
Is this therapy?
No. I’m a coach, not a therapist or doctor. If you’re working with a therapist, coaching can sit alongside it. It doesn’t replace it.
What if I don’t live near the mountains?
Doesn’t matter. Calls are online, and we build the outdoor and movement work around wherever you live.
